Training a pure - HP levels

Hi guys as the title suggests I would like some advice on training a pure in 07.
At the moment my stats are : 63 hp 61 str 50 atk 1 def 31 prayer 70 range and 69 mage at lvl 55 CB.

I have trained my mage with non combat spells to avoid hp levels but I have trained my range without dwarf cannon.

I am planning on keeping the account a g mauler for edgeville pking and maybe clan trips in the wilderness, I would just like to know if I should keep training range without a cannon or if it would be better to train it without lvling my hp.
