How many bots can my pc run?

Just wondering how many bots this can run. I'll be using powerbot or simba depending on the answer.

Specs:
i7 3770k 4 cores/8 threads @ 4.5ghz
16gb 1600 cl9 ram
..and if it helps it's going to be running off a 240gb ssd

 

I'd say atleast 10, it'll depend on internet, I'm on a i5 laptop with not great internet and I can run 3-5 without a huge strain.

If you minimize all the clients, probably 20 would be the maximum.

 

Honestly, I have no accurate estimate but our systems share quite a few likenesses. My guess would be at least 8-10 successfully if they're minimized. Off the record, what type of power supply do you have?

 

I have an i7 with a 16b ram and i usually do 8 bots on powerbot no problem. Any more and i start to lag a little bit when trying to do other task. If you know how to use your task manager see if you can end any processes you dont need and you should be able to do just as much or more while still being able to go on FB or whatever

hd don't really matter as long as there is enough space on it for windows to run properly. you probably won't need more than 12gbs of ram but you may run over on a good day when the java god doesn't wanna be a resource hog. decent cpu though just so you know hyper threading does not go well with botting it stress's the cpu when using it for gaming purposes. all and all though you should get 9-12 bots with this depending on the scripts being used.

16GB is around 18 Accounts, depending on Internet speed and botting client used.

 

you need to take into account cpu usage and its more like 6 bots to ever 4 gigs of ram used.

Is this a gold standard power supply? Also, I would highly suggest buying a larger power supply for such an activity. Not to mention setting up tasks to allow your computer to hibernate, then wake up by running the Powerbot application. It could prove to be useful as you would go to bed, and wake up with your computer booted and Powerbot ready at your fingertips.

 

15 easily. I have a 2600k running at 4.6gHz and it doesn't have any issues running 15 accounts on simba. You won't even come close to maxing out your ram even if you have it set up work around the 6 hour crash and have it running 24 hours a day.
And don't waste your money on a new power supply. 650w is more than enough unless you also have 2 HD 7990s mining bitcoin while you're botting (and I'm assuming you don't).
