Is this right?

I went on the tip it combat calculator and here's the results I got for the character I want to make:

For some reason, that combat level seem's too low for the stats? Is it right?

 

It doesn't seem low since this is melee based, and the ranged and magic levels don't count for much, if anything at all. No prayer and no summoning also means the combat will stay low.

I have a shitty account I am training atm that is combat level 59...stats are

50 att
67 str
60 hp
52 prayer
61 ranged
60 mage
1 def
1 summoning

 

Seems right, i have a smilier account to this that is 55 combat only thing is i dont have as high def.
