What is the current fastest training method for defense?

Anyone know?

I really don't care about requirements or anything like that, just looking for the fastest method that you might know. Thanks.

 

Well honestly I would join a soul wars team like 'xxdeathx' or 'sw legions' and then train at the pyrefiends or jellies. You can get around 20k/hr there maybe more I think + 6+zeals which is a good 60-65k xp (depends on your level obviously)
But this isn't the best way for charms/money.

 

I'm looking for xp, not charms or money. Thanks for the tips though. Anyone else?

 

1-) Soul Wars (90+ stats work best here)
2-) Armoured Zombies
3-) Bandits

 

Any suggestions on a team?

Whip + Rune Defender at yaks, maybe?

 

Depending on your combat level, you can get into the winning clan's cc.

Basically, a lot of higher levels join together in 1 Clan Chat to decide the winning team. If you aren't their CB requirement, there is usually a "leaking" clan that leaks the calls to the general public. Join one of those to get 3 zeals every game, instead of 1.

 

For soul wars just look on rs forums and you will easily find a team, or just go to a world and find a cc to join. Great xp + the 3 zeals if you find a good cc.

 

Rob, what are you stats?

I'd choose Soul Wars, experiments, armored zombies, and/or bandits if you have the money to cover for the prayer potions.

But other than that, you might want to put what your combat stats are on the thread. It might help with answers.

 

chinning ape atol (long-range) is the best experience for defence.

Long range almost is never accurate though. I don't see how that could be effective training.

 

Soul wars isn't luck when you know what you're doing. It's easy to join a clan and get around 600k exp/day if you're dedicated.

 

Meaning how many hours a day? 10-12? Because I don't no life runescape, so I doubt I could achieve that much.

 

The absolutely fastest method is to purchase a certain script on rsbot in which you go to a pvp world at the duel arena, then have 1 character constantly heal using the HP master, and the other account continually attacks them. Doing this is in excess of 100k an hour.

 

Yeah, it's playing about 12 hours a day.

Does it need to be done with a script or can it be done manually?

 

It would be quite difficult to do manually I would assume. You would need to be present on the account that is being attacked, since you constantly click on the healer. If the account that you are training continues to attack you (which i think it would unless prompted to stop by you), then I think it could be done by hand.
