Does anybody know how i can get unmuted? I bought a pure off of legit.seller IT WAS MUTED How can i get it unmuted when i go to appeal, it just says "Do you think we made a mistake?" Or "Somebody else had access to my account" What one should i choose? Mistake?
Say someone else had access to your accent, make up some fake story on how your brother was mad at you and spammed or whatever as revenge, it worked for me.
Try the account review thread? If its still open u can appeal perm muted and perm banned accounts there.
yeah, i say wait for it, i think you only have to wait a year from when the offense was committed which was probably a few months ago. you might only have a few months left till you are unmuted
FEW MONTHS LOL!!! he has an appeal open ffs Choose customer support has made a mistake , if u choose somebody else had acces to your account the char will get locked.^_^
umm say mistake, as others said, if someone else "had access to account" they usually lock it for security purposes.
dude i was muted too, on my pure mage acc. it sucked; but you just have to wait. i waited around 5 months, and one day i was able to talk again.
