Playerauction issue?

Hello everyone,
recently i sold a runescape account on playerauctions, i have delivered the order and the buyer has approved too. I see my cash balance is 95$:


Next day i check the balance and its literally gone, 0 cash balance on playerauctions wallet or whatever its called:


I press 0$ ( it is a clickable link) and it takes me to some disbursement detail page. there i can see disbursement date:

I waited till Jun 18, 04:36:46 AM, as soon as the time came, i have refreshed the page and disbursement detail page turned empty!, there was no order ID, no title or amount, the list was empty.
I went to check my paypal balance and i havent received money there either.
Then i go back and check my balance, instead i see Pending deposit is now 95$

What does this deposit mean? am i supposed to deposit something? when will i receive money? they take days to respond to twitter DMs or emails...

 

Player-auctions tends to disburse late in my experience, I would give it 24 hours past the disbursement date to see if it ends up in your PayPal. Pending Deposits should mean a pending deposit into your PayPal from Player-auctions? Cash balance is what you are holding I believe before the disbursement, so it's not that you owe money to them. Make sure your PayPal information is correct possibly?

 

Thank you I have already received money. But yes they are pretty slow, 24 hours werent enough
