It could be an athlete retiring, or a role model dieing. Multiple people can be mentioned.

My list.

-Kobe Bryant-First person I ever saw play basketball. My favorite team just won't be the same without him. Will be a sad day when he retires.

-Bill Russell-GOAT Champion. The NBA Finals MVP is named after him. The sports world will be shock when this legend is gone.

-Phil Jackson- The greatest coach of any sport. This man has done it all as a coach. Will retire after this season.

-My dog Hercules-You don't ever fuck with a mans dog.

 

Muhammad Ali - The legend, the person, the athlete and the activist. So many things about him that will be missed.

Bruce Lee - Martial Arts Legend Forever.

 

Trent Reznor. That man changed my life.

 

Mark Schwarzer, Socceroos Goalkeeper - I'd miss him to bits. As a goalkeeper I've grown up with him as my hero. He's reaching old age now, so when he retires I'll be very disappointed.

 

Spud Webb - Inspiration to all short basketball players, even though i couldn't play in high school cuz the coaches said i was too short.

I'd be pissed if Jarryd Hayne died, he sparked my interest in to the wonderful sport of Rugby League.

 

1. I already miss Tracy Mcgrady, hopefully this will be his comeback season. I can only believe sooo much. He was definitely an inspiration, could have been one of the best.
