Botting an obby mauler?

After receiving feedback from a previous thread (and my personnal thoughts), i've decided to bot an obby mauler.

I'm currently on trial mems, botting on cows using an autofighter script from villavu.

The XP is around 10k P/H, i'm using an iron scimitar. Does anyone have any tips to speed this up a little? I.e, any other good locations or weapons.

Well whats the attk/str level?

 

1 attack and 41 strength at the moment.

 

You should kill something with more HP, you're probably 1shotting/2shotting the cows which limits your xp/hour. I'd suggest looking for another script that kills something with a little more HP and try it out.

 

Al karid guards, but you'll need food.
I hand trained mine to 52 at the rock crabs now im botting at al karid guards using trout.

 

Getting 8k P/H at Al karid...

 

I suggest going to rock crabs, Best place in my opinion.

 

Not many scripts can do rock crabs which could be a problem.

I suggest you just go to security stronghold and train on minotaurs. Shouldn't be crowded on a members world.

 

honestly if i were you i would just pursue a good rock crab script a little more aggressively. Im sure somewhere on vilavu/srl theres a good free rock crabber or someone who would make it here or there . Because its def the best xp. Other than that maybe sos

 

Villavu has a decent rock crabber, I would also suggest maxing your attack bonuses, So regen, topaz machete, climbing boots(I think you can get with 1 attack now?) and whatever else I missed (;

 

Get 40 magic for sacred clay staff. Sacred clay staff/slayer staff (slayer staff reuires 55 slayer though) are the best training weapons for an obby mauler.
