How important is a good mouse for cs go ?

I'm wondering how much having a good mouse would help me. I have been playing about 2 months and I'm ranked gold nova master. I use just a cheap Walmart mouse at the moment. Will buying a new mouse improve my aim?

 

Personally, when my old corsair mouse broke and i switched to a 5 euro mouse i couldn't play at all. it might be because i got used to it, or it's due to the mouse.

 

Nova is an easy rank to play at (you are new though, which is good), so gaming peripherals don't matter much at that level as long as it works without any issues. I can't really vouch to say how much of a difference changing to a gaming mouse would be because I've always used a gaming mouse so I have 0 idea what it's like to play with a standard one. But with my current mouse (Razer) it's very smooth, responsive, and easy to control.

I'm pretty sure it's all in your head, you dont need a gaming mouse to be good at the game, just find something that you feel comfortable with and use that.

I use the acer mouse that came with my PC haha works just fine for me

 

I wouldn't say a mouse is paramount, but a decent mouse definitely helps.

Razor deathadder here and its great.

 

It helps a ton, but once you go high-quality you never go back.

 

It's not a big concern for cs go. Just find the right motion sensitivity and youll be fine

 

I bought the same mouse razer deathadder 2013, and it was a big game changer. I was nova 4 and within a week and a half I'm at mge. Anyone else thinking of upgrading their mouse I would highly suggest it.

 

Very important, cs go is all about quick movements so you need a mouse with high dpi
