mooey53 scammed 93 cs go keys

I found his thread above and decided to add him on Skype for the deal to be done at usd 1.80 per key. also saw his terms and conditions that I was required to go first, which I did.

Tried to do a trade on steam but he counted only 19 lines at 4 keys per line with additional 1. which he says its only showing 77 instead of 93. so I suggested that I sent him a steam trade offer of 93 keys instead.

Once I have sent the offer and asked him to check, he mentioned 93 keys and did not respond anymore after accepting the trade, he also deleted me off steam and went offline on Skype shortly after.

he has took off upon receiving 93 cs go keys.
no payment has been made whatsoever.
he has also changed his alias on steam:

Do note that his steam unique profile link is http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198125993340/
and it will resolve to http://steamcommunity.com/id/oregonmcdingas/ at this point of writing
he can choose to change his steam profile id to anything other than "oregonmcdingas"
however, as the steam profile link is unique, it will resolve to whatever he changes it to.

Apparently there is another user having issues with him as well over here:

as you can see from the other thread at EpicNPC, he goes by another Skype id and a similar forum id.
However his paypal account email which is used to carry out the scam over at EpicNPC is exact to what he told me on Skype
which is, [email protected].
He has recalled an account he has sold to another user for $30 and failed to provide a refund.
He is now banned in EPICNPC:

You have failed to fulfil your part of the deal and I request that you return me the keys, all 93 of them in good order.
Failure to do so, will most likely result in a ban on your forum ID.

I would appreciate if forum admins can also provide me with his IP and/or any information that can be used to identify this user mooey53.
I will make a report to his isp for online abuse/scamming if he refuse to return the keys.
