how has sythe not been sued by jagex yet?

    how has sythe not been sued by jagex yet?
    Fagex had a warez section for starters and a gentlemans club. Plus was a play on the word 'Jagex'. That website was a cesspit run by scammers such as The Prodigy.

    how has sythe not been sued by jagex yet?
    I remember being staff on this server and jagex legally attempted to take down the server and the owner said they couldn't because they didn't have copyright laws in that country.

    I think Jagex doesn't want to shut down Sythe just because it brings many benefits to them.
