Why does EOC gold and RS07 gold have different prices?

Can someone tell me why rs07 gold is like $4 but eoc is liek 20 cents per mil?

Also, which game is more popular right now, 07 or eoc?

Will they be joined at some point or what?

plz help me im a noob, i used to play rs but quit years ago, wanting to return to buy/sell gold.

 

RS07 has only been around a few months so the game does not have the same amount of GP EOC has. Thus RS07 is more valuable because there is less of it in the game right now. But the price will be going down daily. Should be at around $1/M during the summer.

 

- As stated above, EOC has vasts amounts of gold on it's servers as it's been around for numerous years, so trillions of GP is available. As apposed to RS07, where it's only been released for a few months.

Demand also plays a big part on the pricing, but as gold farmers compete for custom expect the pricing to gradually decline over time.

- I'd say there isn't much difference on popularity between the two, it's all down to personal preference. Although, many of the older RuneScape community have gone back to 07, as it's what they grew up with.

- The two will never be combined, things will stay as they are on separate servers. Just like RuneScape Classic, and EOC.

 

EOC has billions of gp duped. Recently 70b was added to the economy due to a stupid dupe.

Also the current demand for 07 gold is very high, making the price high.

Demand for EOC is low, so the price is low.

 

Its harder to get 07 mill thats why price is ofc higher.If u wanna feel nostalgia of runescape play old school runescape ( 2007 )

 

If the demand is higher than the stockage, price will go up
If the demand is lower than the stockage, price will go down
