    Is This a New Cape or a glitch?
    I saw this today while I was pking.

    Excuse this post if this is some sort of new cape, I haven't been up to date with the recent updates.

    It looked like a combination of a fire cape and a green team cape.

    That brown spot was just me blurring out their name.

    I think its a graphics glitch it use to happen to me before with team capes.
