How easy/hard is it to bot Aion?

I've heard that nearly half the population of Aion is botters, but what I haven't heard is how often they get caught. You see a bunch of videos on Youtube about people catching botters, but you never know if they're actually banned for it. Has anyone actually tried botting this game?

 

I played it for a few months, didn't get very high. Botted the majority of the levels, never got banned as far as I know. The game isn't worth playing, imo.

 

The more grindy it is the more bottable.
