Do i need an account?

Do i just send the person sending me the momoney my name and telephone number and the nearest wu to me and then i go pick up money?

 

You don't need an account to pick up the money.
Just provide the sender your full name and city/country where your planning on picking up the cash.
Also you need the Money Transfer Control Number to pick the cash, you'll get that from the sender.
