Best way to reset your network after ban?

I know riot flags your IP for monitor, but what is the best way to go about refreshing your IP and making sure Riot possibly can't obtain your MAC? I'm about to purchase a Masters account and it would be pretty fucking bad to have it banned immediately

 

Sort of confused, are you trying to reset your IP or reset your MAC address?

 

If there is a big ban sweep at the end of the season(usually there is) they might notice. I'm pretty sure once you login on league they already have your MAC ip.(don't quote me on that).

 

I sold a masters account approximately a year ago 2 weeks or so before the season ended, nothing happened to it...

From what I hear you can have the buyer message Riot to tell them that you're moving or something along those lines, but I wouldn't bother, just puts you in the limelight.
