Paypal chargeback

Hi i recently got scammed for $65.
He charged back the money saying it was an unauthorized transaction.
My paypal acc is now negative $65. I have no means of getting this money back since ive got no proof.
Now i am wondering what kind of negative consequences could i suspect coming my way? my account is unverified i have no real life information only my real name and last name + i am under aged to even be allowed to have a paypal acc (16).

The thing i did was i suspected the dude was going to chargeback since his
behavior was alittle strange. I have 2 paypal acc once is my ''real'' acc the other is sorta my dummy acc thats the acc that got negative balance becouse the minut the $65 cash got to my dummy account i transfered it to my ''real'' account.

Now the way am looking at it is he scammed me and he also scammed paypal by lying to them about an unauthorized transaction, indeed that could be what happend but i highly doubt it. Anyways paypal will see me as the bad guy
what could paypal do since they are the one wich got scammed really. since i didint lose any money the scammer only gained but in paypal's eyes i am the bad guy i get the blame when in fact the other guy is the scammer but i got no means of proving that he is.
Will paypal leave me hundreds of mails on my email? will they phone me if i have a real phone number registered?
What could i expect? if anything.

Note: Am from sweden so dont need to be verified to have a high limit thats how i can have more then 1 acc on paypal and send money and recive.

 

Oh I didn't know you are allowed to have two accounts for Paypal, anyways, not really a lot of people win Chargebacks, because most of them are REALLY unauthorized transactions by stealing credit cards maybe even from their relatives, friends or parents. <- They are suckers.

At the moment there's pretty much nothing you can do except for going to your previous chat logs maybe print screen a little of that and try to gather as much prove as you can and upload to Paypal, because what Paypal would be doing is use those proof and try to deny the chargeback with the credit card company

 

You arent allowed to have 2 acc but am not even allowed to have one for that matter... And there is nothing i can do to prove i gave him 65mil ingame nothing will really make any diffrence if it was an authorized transaction.

What am asking is what negative consequenses could be comming my way? will paypal try to contact me in some way to try to get me to pay $65

Let me also make this clear i havent lost anything paypal is the one who is paying if my acc get -65 ive already have the money safe and sound in my ''real'' paypal account. I use 2 acc one to recive money then send to my main account that way if the guy chargesback i wont lose anything i can simply make a new acc and leave that one wich has -$65 it is not allowed but i am not the one who is scamming i am the victim. But paypal will se me as the bad guy since ive got no proof.

Paypal is currently holding the money pending further information and i got none to give so paypal will hafto refund the money to him then my acc will stay -65 until i pay wich i am never going to do?

 

I don't really use Paypal that much, but I assume that they are going to charge you for that 65$, yes. Because you toke 65$ that weren't yours, atleast that's the way they will look at it.

 

Ya they see me as the bad guy with no evidence..
But how can they charge me 65$ am not verified got no real personal information..?

dont use paypal, so much problem connected to it ..
