how does pid work on rs3?

is it random like on 07 , or ?

 

It's random every hit just like 07, however unlike 07 there aren't gaps between your attack and their attack, both players animations show and you both attack at the same time.

 

It's random but it's possible to do certain things in order to get pid.

 

Pid is completely random as far as I know, however some actions have priority over another. Those can sometimes be used for your gain similarly to pid but are often glitches/bugs.

 

Actions as you two described as classified as "Stalls", you can execute them in order to get first hit priority in a duel.

 

its random. But be careful at the arena because there are tons of stalls. Make sure u check inv
