Depending what program you have, if it's anti-ban, probably how many times you speak when you get one.

Ya, Jagex does IP ban. It matters how serious it is. If its those lvl 3 Autos cutting trees. they IP ban them. If its your main they dont IP ban

 

I Thought It Was Randoms But They Can Also Detect Sometimes 3rd Party Programs Or Reapeted Movements And Time Wise

 

if u are doing the exact smae thing and if u keep ignoring randoms.......they moniter suspicious behavior
