How do you like to relax?

Lying in the sunshine listening to tunes sounds killer to me.

I also enjoy reading, writing stories or poems, watching a good film, or playing some video games and having a couple brews with the boys. I also find smoking very relaxing (albeit unhealthy), and so sitting in the yard having a ciggarette is one way that I relax daily.

 

When the weathers good its the best time to just do absolutely nothing constructive haha. Playing touch and or just sitting down in the sun.

Chill in bed with a good book and music playing.

 

To be honest, have sex then cuddle.

Screaming at the TV when the Jaguars go 3 and out? I guess that isn't relaxing tho..

 

sometimes i just sleep and play really loud angry music cause for some reason its the only music that calms me but sometimes it gets annoying

or i just smoke and take a long ass nap

 

Close my eyes, take a deep breath and exhale very slowly. Repeat 10 times
While I do this, I clear my mind.
I do that my concentrating on the breathing

This temporarily calms down my rage

i like to relax by listening to music, tv, play video games. Also going out in a lounge-bar take a few beers with friends is also relaxing

 

Listening to my fav songs or playing Basketball

 

Smoke weed and hang with my buds.

 

basically same, buy 3 or more grape swishers, get a half oz and a gas mask if possible... and get blazzed as fuck with like 5 peeps.

i got 2, 14 inch, pioneer subs with a mac'in ass stereo and we just listen too dubstep and kotton mouth kings haha, thats how i relax
