Four questions with SCAR ! Help thanks !

Hi, I wanted to ask you or anyone for some helps in Scripts. ( probaly with SCAR to).

I'm really a Newb sorry if anything in this gets you bad. ( If I do, I didn't mean to get you badly).

I have started with SCAR 2 days ago, I've tried to start to using scripts, but it never worked for me. Some of Fighting scripts worked, but other like flaxpicker, autominer, autowc etc doesn't works for me.

My Questions

First, I want a help if anyone knows why scripts don't work for me.
Two, I've heard that runescape updated so SCAR doesn't work for a while. Is that TRUE or FALSE?
Three, I got a example what I want to have a help with.

Four, my last question. Which SCAR and SRL should I use ?
