How do you handle....

When a coincident happens to you, What are your very first thoughts? How do you percieve them? How do you think humans as a whole see coincident's?

Some believe our lives are predetermined which poses an interesting question: what would be the point of living if everything was already preset?
-I say to experience what is planned...if it is that way.

 

You should have heard the astrologists on the other night. They determine royal weddings economic, wars, environmental related issues.. it's crazy

I like to believe it this way: There are no coincidences, only illusions of them. Everything is purely statistical.


Astrology is like quack medicine, it has never done anything. In fact I bet I could find more predictions in the book Moby Dick. The fact is that vague generalities that are divined through some mystical belief in the stars is silly nonsense. Just like telekinesis, just like shamanism, just like all of this mumbo jumbo that people try to pass off as fact when it has all be disproved time and time again. Sadly people don't rely on fact anymore, but believe anything if it sounds interesting. There is no standard of proof for people anymore thanks to the internet. They will believe whatever they read or see on YouTube.

Totally because what she was suggesting didn't have any link to the royal weddings or natural disasters like the San Francisco, Chile, Japan, or the upcoming economic crisis. The list goes on. Lol it's funny how you have no idea how it works xD Learn before you criticize. Oh, and I learned about Psychokinesis through Hinduism. Not the internet. Stop assuming things bro.

EDIT: Deja Vu just means you had a dream about exactly what had happened. (Kind of like seeing into the future but you wont remember until that moment when you're like LOL DEJA VU [but there's a way to remember ])

Man, I hate it when this stuff happens. I always think to myself "this is so messed up", I always just think it myself it was suppose to happen so let life run its course.

There have been ridiculous coincidences and there will continue to be statistical freaks. I just hate it when the smallest coincidence triggers people to assume some stupid shit.

 

Not really. My grandmother being an astrologist, I know that it's more about fancy graphs and computer screens than accurate predictions. For example she predicted an economic crisis in march, but nothing happened.
