Do you get it from pest control?

If so how much points does it cost?

 

you get it from conquest you have to gain 250 ranks

you can get it very fast if you boost it with a friend willing to lose his ranks so you can gain ranks

Is there a bot for it?

 

You need to get 1250 Rank in Conquest. Takes a lot of time and skill (I know from experience)
There is no bot for it. That would be INSANELY difficult to program.

 

Why so?

 

Because you control a small army and you have to win it by battling another small army. It would be way to complex for a bot to know how to defeat another small army using strategies like flanking and etc. Play a game and you'll find out what I mean.
