How do you find the Service Providers on Sythe?

Hi All,

I'm just curious to think what everyone is saying on this topic?

So I've been dipping my toes into the service market to help speed up some of my accounts (Questing Services mainly). So far I think it's shit, Some only care what's in your wallet and they make you feel like that.. You ask for updates only to be completly ignored, Most don't even pick the ticket up for hours when there thread has been bumped 5 mins ago. I'm just finding customer service is below par at best and for the cost of services I would of expected atleast some form of customer satisfaction.
