How do you delete recovery questions?

I thought you had to go and say that someone else knew them, but now I dont see that option. All help is appreciated. Thanks

 

recover the account "Recover stolen account" in the account management section, click on Recover Password Or Account, Forgot name. enter details and it will delete them when recovered as Recover Stolen Account.

 

I tried "Recover an account" and it recovered but never deleted them. There was no option like "Someone else knows my recovery questions," like there used to be. The only other thing is "Recover a locked account"

 

Not the right section,
Go to recover stolen password,
If it doesnt get locked with the info you type in you dont have suffiecent information to recover the account,
