How do you buy mills?

Im new, and i was just wondering how would you buy mills? I heard something about like bounty hunter, but how do you do it?
 
You tank with a penalty, usually in F2P. There are glitches and such in P2P, which I WON'T reveal the secret, but yeah.
 
Hmmm... You kill the seller of the gold, Pick up the gold and wait 180 seconds then leave... SIMPLE.
