hey im wondering how do you buy an account without the person recovering it?

 

I'd advice you to buy a Account from a really trusted member than that way they'll never recover the account.

 

There's always a chance of the seller recovering an account so always buy from trusted users and use either a MM or OMM.

 

How would a middle man decrease the likelyness of the original owner recovering the account? It would help the transaction but not the likelyness of the recovery.

@OP, You can't. If you would I would definitely spend all my money on smurfs but I'm extremely paranoid, you just need to find someone really really trustworthy who would pretty much lose their business if they scammed anyone and put your trust in them.
