Where to bot Rune pure

I've got an old skiller I'm trying to turn into a F2P rune pure pker though it has P2P on it (probably 40/99/40 + 99 ranged and 85 mage).

Here are it's stats as of today:

My question is where the heck do I train the strength and ranged and with what equipment? I want to bot the strength up continuously without banking (meaning not getting food) and have about 100M. I don't want to bot at crowded spots (rock crabs/experiments/flesh crawlers) and want decent xp/hour so that's my dilemma... I'll probably train the prayer to 43 before if that helps botting at certain spots with a prayer altar nearby.

you need 60 dung to get to them (I think) and no1 is ever there.

you can't bank from there so you'll have to use Bones2Peaches tabs.. but can camp bot there for days on end looting the seeds for profit.

 

Sounds good, unfortunately I don't have B2P yet (which isn't much of an issue) but getting 60 dung will be a pain considering I'm only ~10 dung.

 

You can suicide at Hill giants in a p2p world with a few thousand b2p tabs.

 

Botting in p2p is safer, so even if you plan on killing f2p monsters, do so on a p2p world.

 

Right now I'm botting at Flesh Crawlers with crappy xp/hour due to it being crowded. I'm going to get B2P later today and probably going to start at hill giants.

If anyone else has any other suggestions, they'd be greatly appreciated.
