My internet was off, in an odd way for the longest time the other day.
I felt uneasy about it the entire time.

I at first thought that I had simply fucked up the modem when I dropped it while cleaning the plug ins.

Then I decide I'll do a full scan of my computer, defragment the disks, everything since my computer is boring without the internet, and when I try all these with the internet doing something fun it lags it up hella bad.
A little while later, after a LONG time, the internet comes back on for about 10 minutes, and in that 10 minutes I logged on to my hybrid.

Spy sweeper popped up.
Found a Trojan.
I did not read the description of it, and continued sweeping.
I wish I had.

It was a system monitor that shuts off access to the internet, and logs what I do.
My net cut off again.

It came back on 50 minutes or so later.
And the second it did, the bitch sent a log.
My firewall was set to alert me when a program accessed the internet, but NOT to ask for permission for it.

I immediately freaked out.
I go into spysweeper, stop the sweep, and quarantine EVERYTHING it found.
I make 100% sure it's gone, and go to log in my hybrid and put everything in the bank, and pray that logs of it's password were not sent.

No dice.
-invalid username or password-

I stared at my screen for probably 15 minutes before it set in that I never got around to resetting recoveries after a friend guessed the password and I recovered.

No chance of getting it back.

You dont really need recovers to recover an acc. If your created it, just provide your ip and the date account was created. If you bought it from someone, then best of luck lol.

I only remember 2 passwords, no recoveries, I change my IP every once in a while, and don't know what it was in 06.
Date created?
sometime in 06.
I'm clueless as to month or anything.

Send in every tiny piece of information you have. Your current IP. Old IPs if you have any, and even put this story in the extra info part.

I've had to recover old pures (Although not trojan'd) that had completely different IPs before. Every bit helps.


EDIT: If the appeals don't work at first, keep sending them. You'll get it eventually.

You realize how long it takes to get such high stats on a pure? Obviously not.

He's probably used MONTHS training the pure. You can't really just say, "Oh I'll just start over its not a big deal." From that.

 

If you have membership transaction then you still have a pretty good shot at getting it back..

If not then...sorry :S.

 

You shoulda disconnected your internet as SOON as you saw you had a virus.

 

Well since you no longer own the account I would just say fuck it go to a known botting forum that jagex monitors and post the account details and ask "how long do you think i can auto with stats like these?"
