if you right click on the link and hit properties is will say videoguide.doc (name of file .doc meaning a text document) and i'm almost certain a .doc can not be infected with spywere / aware / virus

 

Doesn't the programm in your guide has an official site or something? Sorry for the usuall "ISTHISAVIRUS!!!!111" complaining but I don't like downloading .exe's from those free upload sites without having any screenshots or proof that it works.

i can see why you would be suspicious, what with all the scamers and key loggers these days

 

I use a cracked version of camtasia studio 4, works good, but it sucks to edit in.
