How do people rent out Stakers without them getting locked?

How do people rent out Stakers without them getting locked when they give the accounts to a customer. Also how long do these staker accounts usually last before they get banned for rwt ?

 

using proxys maybe ? or vpn
I doubt the accounts get locked so easily but sure its possible (at the end you can just unlock them)
about the bans i think its kind of random? we all know is against the rules but ive seen lvl 3 with thousands of Mils without bans

 

I don't see how the accounts would get locked unless someone would try to recover. If a user has proxies/VPN's, it is unlikely that Jagex would know it's several different people playing.

 

accounts can get locked due to changes in country IP.

 

I have IPs around the world. None of my accounts were ever locked. I must be lucky

 

in my experience it's far less likely for accounts with high mileage to get locked, but it still definitely happens.
