I am kind of new to d stone but how do i do it? anyone tell me?

Buy 25 d stones on the person who is selling, the buyer buys enough fire/chaos runes to cover the cost of the 25 d stones in tokkuls once sold to the tzhaar rune shop. once the buyer has tokkuls seller sells d stones to the gem shop and buyer buys them with the tokkul.
