How do I upload pictures?

[Heretosellarange2her]

I have 2 different accounts that I plan on selling that would net me roughly 500-600 bucks and for the life of me I can't figure out how to upload them.

Upload them to tinypic and get the forum image code
Example

Hope this helps.
