Negative Balance - Please help

So like I predicted, I received a payment reversal.

He did it direct from his bank account so not even a dispute was opened, but anyways.

I am neg. 46.25$ at the moment.

I used real info on everything.

I don't want to re-pay this crap.

What my questions are:

1) If someone sends me 46.25$ and I unlink my bank, my credit card, and all the good stuff - Then the person who sent me the 46.25 gets a refund (however possible for them to get their money back) What will happen to me?

2) They send me 46.25 - I unlink everything stated above ^ And then I Close the account, can they still get back their 46.25 via chargeback/unauthorized or anything?

Note: it's a friend's 46.25 and I want them to get their money back, I simply want to close this paypal/unlink all my personal info

 

I believe the only way is to pay it back.

 

I couldn't just get someone to send me the money, then I disconnect everything while I was in the positive, afterwards, he simply chargesback/files a dispute? - like item never sent etc.

I don't think anything happens if you have a negative balance.

 

I had a $500 chargeback 6 months ago and I never did anything about it and then I was sent a letter that it was sent to a debt collection. I contacted PayPal and sent a $300 payment to PayPal and I have not heard from them again. So I would just come to a resolution with PayPal.

You are out of luck if you have used real information. Paypal will get to you sooner or later.

 

If you dont pay it back they will find you and eventually get the money. But gl avoiding the mail/email/phonecalls over $46.

 

Did you take pictures of proof of him receiving whatever it was?
