    I hate PayPal because people keep charging back.

    Is there any other online payment site that does not allow chargebacks? Once you're paid, the people who sent the money can NEVER get back their cash?

    Which other online payment site would you recommend as the best?

    Can you connect a bank account or a credit/debit card to Moneybookers, just like PayPal?

    PayPal would be the perfect site if they didn't have chargebacks.

    Claiming and cancelling doesn't mean you're 100% protected from chargebacks.

    Lol, you're obviously new to PayPal but oh well.

    yea i had some1 claim and cancel with unauthorized and the bastard claimed item not recieved and it was mills so i hd no proof of delivery so he got his money back
