Does going to lobby count as a logout?

Hi im aware that on runescape you get logged out after 6 hours of being on, but if you log back out to the LOBBY will this timer be reset??

Yes, it's just that in case a player is skilling continuously for 6 hrs can be a bot, so they log you out every 6 hrs of continuous playing.

 

Good question, I'm not sure, because well.. you're logged in even though it's just the lobby.

I personally think it does reset it, but you'd have to try it out I guess.

If you get force logged after 6 hours you go to login screen though I think, not lobby so hmm..

 

I don't believe so, which is why some bots ask for your information.
However, the game updates every six hours anyways (to change the colors) so you have to reload the game either way.
