Places to train plz help

Hello everyone so I'm currently leveling my f2p strength pure and I'm not real sure where it a good place for me to train. I've been killing rats south of varrok for awhile now and was wondering if there is anything that might get me faster/better xp. My current stats are, 37 CB, 20 Attack, 58 Strength, 1 Defense and 47 Const. Using iron armor with mith scim atm. Any help would be great wanting to get this pure up to 75 str before leveling to rune.

 

Maybe you could do moss giants? thats what i did when i was F2P

 

Yer moss giants arent an option at the moment as they will hit me for too much any other places?

 

Cows or Al Kharid Warriors

 

Maybe at the lower levels in the stronghold of security.

 

I forgot about the stronghold I will have to check it out, the Al Kaharid warriors are good its just PACKED!

Edit: How do you get into the Security Stronghold again?

 

Yes SoC is good for f2p

 

Stronghold is your best bet, entrance is in the middle of barb village
