what to do ( work experience related )

I've been working seasonal jobs for about two years now. I have two seasonal jobs that I apply every year in the summer and during the winter/fall. But now, I was discharged so I will no longer work there anymore.

What should I do now? Do I still list them under my work experiences?

    My first job ,
My second job , I was caught through LP for horseplaying around with a steak knife and then HR discharged me. If I apply at other jobs, and I put this under my resume, will they be contacting my Lost Prevention/Human Resources or the Manager?

It is best to place under work experience but the companys you apply for will ask for references. It will normally be your manager that they contact though.

I am not too sure about the laws in America, but in the United Kingdom, it is actually against the law to say bad things about a previous/current employee in a reference. If they only have bad things to say the most their allowed to put is that you worked for the company from "X" date to "Y" date.

Yeah whatever job you've had you should note them down on your CV, the more work expierence you've had the likelier chance of you getting employed.

They'll contact your previous employers (usually) despite mentioning it at all. It's best to be open and honest, as long as you show you've matured I don't think it's a problem.
