Rasta Type Signature

So I want to make my first photo shop signature and I had an idea to do something like this paint ball gun. I really have no idea where to start. I want it to be a square that goes green fade to yellow fade to red with the pot leaves in the background. if you could point me in the right direction or something that would be awesome. thanks for help.

 

You can't do anything much with a focal such as that. If you had a photo with yourself in it it would be much easier. Start with getting a better picture.

 

like what im trying to do is on the gun. i want like 3 bars next to each other green yellow and red. i want them to blend into eachother with the opaque pot leafs over top. the design is on the gun.
