Need to spend 1200 Bucks

Well, in response to everybody, I am 16 and have a job the 1200 dollars is all from Runescape revenue. It is pretty much my RSGP I just exchanged it for PayPal so I could do more things with it. I already ruled out buying an account, thats off the table. I am now trying to decide whether to buy a laptop, or to just keep it. The laptop that I am looking at is a Asus G53SX-NH71: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834230141 . I think this is a good laptop for my money if anyone could tell me if this is a good deal. The other option I could use my money on would be to use it to buy a rank in a Flower clan. The only problem with that is that I fear that jagex would somehow stop all gambling in-game. So the options are ASUS laptop or Flower Clan Rank.

 

I myself have bought some gold, in order to invest that gold for the botnuke. I might just double my cashstack, giving me quite a lot of profit. I think that is your best bet at the moment.

 

I'd save it 1200 is no small amount. Save up for something bigger?

 

Save it towards something worth having in life. Not a virtual item.

I already have a car, This money I have made from virtual games, and is what im using to spend on virtual games. I have plenty of money that I am saving, this is for gaming and that only.

 

You've made money off gaming, so why not take it and walk away?

 

Until your driving around in a Bugatti, you can always be saving for a better car.

 

Buying expensive cars is the biggest waste of money on the planet. I drive an average car and don't really want anything better than that.

 

The point im trying to make is that you will regret it if you put that money back into a game. I can understand buying a new pc with the money but actually buying VIRTUAL ITEMS with it would be stupid.

Use the money for something you can PHYSICALLY have.

 

Wether something is virtual or "physical", either way it still has value.

Towards the actual question, i would buy a boss account (maxed skiller) level 3, then buy a partyhat. Aw yea.

 

And then have it recovered = loose $1200

 

I understand that, But riddle me this... he spends his 1200 dollars on runescape. 2 weeks later his computer mobo dies and he needs a new computer.

How valuable are those virtual items now when he cant use them?

Yes they still maintain their value. But if hes not getting any use out of them, whats the point?



Maybe ive just matured to the point where i dont think 1200 dollars on games is a smart decision, im just trying to share that advice. I've been through it all and have alot of regrets with the money i put into this silly game.

 

How about buy a new desktop/laptop if you get a laptop buy an asus laptop. After with the remaining buy some games off of steam.

 

What is a good Asus laptop? Mind linking me to some sites I can buy them?

 

Don't spend it on a game if you've been saving it for something else....


Buy a Laptop/Desktop or save up for a car if you want one in the future. Hell put it in the bank or invest it into something. As long as you don't waste it on something that won't benefit you.
