How do i make it so when you click my signature it brings u to my shop?

Hey, in my sig i got 3 things, vouches,rentals,rsps.

how do i make it when i click vouches it brings me to my vouches?

 

You would have to break it up into three pictures (one for vouches, one for rentals and one for rsps) and put them next to each other.
