how do i install srl into scar root directory?

i downloaded scar 2.03 and srl 2.6b or something and i dont understand how to extract srl into my scar root directory..

Your Scar 2.03 folder is your root directery, extract the SRL to your Scar 2.03 folder use WinRAR from http://www.rarlab.com/.
