How do I get my skill bars in my signature to fill up space?

I want those bars down there to not be like this:

[||||||||||||||]
[||||||||||||||]
etc.
I want it to be like this:
[||||||||||||||][||||||||||||||][||||||||||||||]
[||||||||||||||][||||||||||||||][||||||||||||||]
,
How would I do that? This sorta has to do with Gfx, don't know where else to post it.
I can't take a picture of them, they have to be the same files, they change.
