I'm new here so i was wondering about some things.

1.) If i bought a RS account and they took it back, could i be able to prove it somehow?

2.) If one had a business how would they advertise it on here and how are they chosen?

 

1) Very, very difficult to prove this kind of thing.
2) Email [email protected] and find out. It's not cheap, so you'll have to bang some bucks if you want a banner.
