How do I make the end of the pictures goes blurry and then black or whatever color, like the one above, I'm using CS2, thanks.

 

ummmm right click on the bucket tool, to get the gradient tool, then up where u can pick which gradient to use, there should be one that fades balck to transparent, which is wat u want to do that, evn tho in that pic above they kinda over did it

are you talking about making the background *blurry* ?

If so, you simply go to filter>blur>Gaussian Blur Or filter>blur>blur more
