It's probably dynamic, so by simply taking it out and in will change your ip.

You can check on www.whatismyip.com for example.

If you want to change your IP address,then you can follow the steps given below
Go to start->Run->type
ipconfig/release
ipconfig/renew
You can also change your IP by resetting your modem if it is dynamic.After changing it you can check your new ip address on the site Ip-details.com .
