How do I change from Debug Mode to Release Mode?

I hate to create short threads, asking irritating little questions,
but please respect that I've just started Visual Basic.net, so be sympathetic.

How do I change from 'Debug Mode' to 'Release Mode'?

    Thats not what he asked.

There is a drop down menu on the toolbox next to the button with the green arrow to run, displaying preset configurations for both debug and release.
