How do i cancel my email and recovery settings?!

hey i am having a lot of trouble with cancelling my email and recovery questions off of an account i am about to sell. i have searched on the website, says in doesnt work atm, checked sections, searched on google, tried a lot of guides, but none of them work anymore

please post a link or something to a new guide or steps to do this

They can't be canceled anymore, as far as I'm aware.
You will just have to find a trusted buyer and then transfer the email to them.

Not really. People will buy accounts if the email is transferable, as long as you deem worthy.

However, if you scam - you'll be banned.
