How do I add pictures to C4D?

edit: by pictures i mean like partyhats and shit

 

You cant :s, you have to take the .png into photoshop to add the pictures

 

Yeah you can. You create a plane, then create a material with the picture you want, then you drop the material onto the surface and set the material to frontal. I mean theoretically speaking this should work.

 

Either what Nero suggested or model them yourself.
The modelled item wil look alot better if done properly, can be very hard tho
