How do I add fonts?

How can I add new fonts onto photoshop from a place like dafont.com or something? I've tried multiple times. It just never seems to work.

Not too hard. Download the font, extract all the files.

Then go to the Control Panel on your computer, click Fonts. Right click somewhere in there, and click Install New Font. Then locate the folder that the font is in, (open it) and double click it etc. It should then install your font!

You'll need winzip.
Or another program like jzip, 7zip, etc.

 

Most computers usually come with Winzip. If not, then yes this will need to be downloaded

 

Then after what they said, just go to Start>run> then type Fonts. and put them in there
